Broadcast

Broadcast Module is the hub for all the communication features involving Chat with users*. “Messages” as well as “Push Notification” can be broadcasted with just a click of a button or scheduled for a more appropriate and specific time.

Broadcast “Messages” and “Notifications” can be sent to all or selected users as well (a selected list of users is referred to as an “Audience”). You can search through the old broadcasts sent, and look at the exact details of each broadcast.
