Folders
Folders allow you to group multiple services into thematic or functional collections — making it easier for both editors and users to navigate content. For example, you might create a folder called "Digital Wallets" containing several finance-related MiniApps.
In addition to organizing services, folders can be used inside components, just like individual services. This gives you more flexibility when structuring your screens — especially when displaying a set of services under a single label or visual component.
Creating a Folder
You can create a new folder from two different views:
- The Library side panel (narrow view)
- The Library fullscreen view (expanded view)
From the side panel:
- Go to the Library and switch to the Folders tab.
- Click Create Folder.
- In the “Add Folder” dialog, fill in the following fields:
- Name (e.g. Digital Wallets)
- Subtitle (optional short description)
- Select at least two services to add to the folder.
- Click Create.
⛔You need to have services in your library before creating a folder. If no services exist yet, you’ll see a “No Services Found” popup with a shortcut to add one first.
From the fullscreen view:
- Click the expand icon (top right of the Library panel).
- Select the Folders tab.
- Click Add Folder (top right corner).
- Follow the same steps as above.
Editing a Folder
- In either view (side panel or fullscreen), locate the folder you want to edit.
- Click the 3-dot menu next to the folder name.
- Select Edit.
- In the “Edit Folder” popup, change the folder name, subtitle, or included services.
- Click Save.
Deleting a Folder
- In either view (side panel or fullscreen), locate the folder you want to delete.
- Click the 3-dot menu next to the folder.
- Select Delete.
- Confirm your choice in the confirmation popup.
💡Deleting a folder does not delete the services inside. Those services remain available in your Library under the Services tab.
